LUNE 29BACK TO THE APARTMENT

RENTAL TERMS · SHORT STAY

Short stay.
The same clear framework.

These terms form part of the digital rental agreement together with the specific booking details and house rules.

The agreement is digital. The enquiry, LUNE 29's acceptance, booking details, these terms and the house rules together constitute the agreement. The version applicable when the enquiry is submitted is stored with the booking.

1. Scope

These terms apply to short-term furnished rental of LUNE 29 at 29 rue de la Lune, 75002 Paris, where the tenant stays temporarily and does not establish a primary residence in the apartment.

2. The property

The digital agreement contains the specific information about landlord, tenant, address, stay, arrival and departure, guests, property, furnishings, price, payment, possible tourist tax and any registration details. The apartment may be occupied by no more than four people and only by the agreed number of guests.

3. Entering into the agreement

The guest accepts these terms and the house rules when submitting the enquiry. An enquiry is not a reservation. Once LUNE 29 accepts it, the stay is reserved on the locked contractual basis. The rental agreement becomes binding when the payment due at contracting has been received.

4. Price and payment

If the agreement is entered into more than 30 days before arrival, 25% is paid when contracting and 75% no later than 30 days before arrival. If entered into 30 days or less before arrival, 100% is due when contracting. The first payment is treated as an acompte.

5. Taxe de séjour

Tourist tax is charged when the stay falls within the applicable rules. The website amount is an estimate until the stay is accepted.

6. Cancellation

Mandatory rights, including rules on force majeure, are unaffected.

7. Use, house rules and damage

Subletting or transfer requires prior acceptance by LUNE 29. The House rules form part of the agreement. Under French law, the tenant is responsible for damage caused by the tenant or anyone they admit, except ordinary wear, force majeure and matters for which the tenant is not liable.

8. Final cleaning

The agreed cleaning fee covers ordinary final cleaning. The apartment must be left reasonably tidy. Extraordinary cleaning and damage are not included.

9. Governing law

The agreement is governed by French law. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
