1. Enquiries and contractual basis

An enquiry through lune29.fr is not a binding reservation. It is submitted on the basis of the details displayed and provided, together with the terms and house rules accepted by the guest in the form.

2. Which rental terms apply?

For a short stay, where LUNE 29 is not the tenant's primary residence, the Short-stay rental terms apply.

For a bail mobilité, the Bail mobilité terms apply. This form of lease is available only when the statutory conditions are met and documented.

The option selected on the website does not by itself determine the legal classification. The final contractual basis is shown in the versioned digital agreement.

3. Versioning and documentation

When an enquiry is submitted, LUNE 29 records the applicable versions of the rental terms and house rules with the booking details. The contractual basis is locked when the enquiry is accepted. Later website changes do not alter an agreement already entered into.
